Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Henry Gao, operating as an independent AI inference provider in China (“we”, “us”), handles information when providing API-based text inference services.

1. Information we process

To return an inference result, our systems transiently process the prompts, messages, tool definitions, model parameters, and generated completions included in an API request. Our inference gateway does not persist prompt or completion content.

We may retain limited operational metadata: request identifier, requested model, timestamps, response status, latency, and aggregate input and output token counts. We may also process contact and billing information supplied through a marketplace or directly by a customer.

2. How we use information

• To provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.
• To calculate usage, issue or reconcile billing, and resolve disputes.
• To detect abuse, enforce rate limits, and comply with applicable law.

We do not use customer prompts or completions to train models, and we do not sell them.

3. Retention

Prompt and completion content is not retained by our inference gateway after processing. Operational metadata may be retained for up to 12 months for billing, security, abuse prevention, and reliability analysis, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve a dispute.

4. Service providers and marketplaces

Infrastructure, network, payment, and inference marketplace providers may process data only as needed to deliver their respective services. Requests submitted through a marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s privacy terms. We do not permit service providers to use customer content for their own model training.

5. Processing location and transfers

Inference is performed in China. If you submit data from another country, you acknowledge that the data will be transferred to and processed in China, where data protection rules may differ from those in your location.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls and encrypted transport where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security, so customers should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or regulated information.

7. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally required. This legal website does not use advertising or behavioral-tracking cookies.

8. Changes and contact
